So I was reading this article, and it startled me.
"During a class discussion on adolescence, a high school teacher recently asked her students whether they go on dates. We don't 'date,' the 12th graders reported. We 'hook up.'"
Ouch.
I don't want to have random sex with someone. That pretty much defeats the purpose. I would want a stable relationship before jumping in the sack. It doesn't have to be love, but something more than "lust at first sight" is admirable.
Goddamnit. As if finding a decent male wasn't any harder. Now I have to contend with the idea that everyone is a whore.
"Hey, b***h, take my order.
I want a nice, drop-dead-gorgeous male who doesn't just think about sex."
Want the rest?

If words could erase the pain,
If words were as calming as hot tea and weed,
I'd be God.
