scene takes place somewhere around my Cry of the Samurai story. rolleyes

Reina stood there, looking at the village below.
she wondered how this village could be such a horrible place.
from there, she couldn't tell, all she saw was a beautiful village.
it started to rain.

"it's starting to pour out there" Karin said.
"yes..." Jenna replied.
Ryoji was sitting by himself near the outside of the building.
"i wonder... can this rain do anything for these villagers?" he said.
"huh? i don't think it'll change anything." Jenna replied to Ryoji.
"if only it could." he said again.
Kyoshiro was pacing left and right.
"hey, is something wrong?" Ryoji asked him.
he looked towards him.
"my sister, she didn't come back yet."
Ryoji stood up.
"you think she's still at the view we saw earlier?" he asked Kyoshiro.
"probably, she enjoys scenery alot, i wouldn't be surprised."
"well, then i'll go get her."
Ryoji went out the door.

it was raining hard now.
Reina stood there in the middle of the rain.
her clothes were now drenched with rain
"Reina!" a voice called out.
she turned around.
it was Ryoji who called out to her.
"Why are you still out here?" he asked her.
no response.
"well we should go back, you'll catch a cold out here."
she turned towards the view again.
"huh? Reina?" Ryoji was confused now.
"the rain..." she started to say.
"huh? what about the rain?"
moment of silence.
"it seems to wash away everything..." she said finally.
she turned towards Ryoji again.
"but it can't... wash away everything." she added.
Ryoji walked closer to her.
"reina... we should go back."
she nodded.

"Kyo." ryoji said.
"hmm?" he replied.
"your sister, is something bothering her?"
he sighed.
"yes..."
"what is it that's bothering her?"
kyoshiro looked toward the calender on the wall
"this day... was the same day our mother and father were killed..."
Kyoshiro left the room.
it can't wash away everything...huh...
