I almost forgot! Last weekend (March 16-18 ) was Anime Oasis, a con in the area I live in. It runs for 3 days in a hotel.

I made it for two of the days, Friday and Saturday. Sunday we weren't feeling good (and got up really late), so Bowman and I stayed home.

We only stayed for a few hours on Friday. We had to go after class and work, so it was about 5 when we finally made it there. Mostly we sat at a table with Kira and the two of them drew. Not very exciting. More fun happened on the second day.

We still didn't get there early. (about one o'clock) But this time it was more fun! We saw some dancers which were interesting. They didn't sing to the music at all, but lip-synched.

Then we went into the dealers room..... eek Man, it's alot bigger this year than last. All the stuff! They had t-shirts, and anime, and manga, and figures, and posters, and keychains, and plushies, and clothing, and wallscrolls, and non-anime stuff, and weapons, and lots of stuff! xp

We walked out with #4 of Full Metal Panic! the manga, two figures, a card game called King's Blood, the third edition of BESM (Big Eyes, Small Mouth), 4 figures from Tsubasa Chronicles, and 3 final fantasy figures. Two which were Zidane. (Random figure boxes are fun! xd )

And next on the list was Cosplay! Which was very entertaining and funny. Lots of Naruto and Bleach cosplay (naturally). But still exciting. That was the last event for us, as it was starting to get late and we had to get home.

There was also a video game room in which we played DDR and a random assortment of other games (including a japanese one where you took snapshots with a camera. Very challenging).
