1. "Okay, here we are." called Mr. Breck as he stopped the wagon.*crappy beginning. so says emily* The Breck family had been on the road for a few days after they had got off the train in Atichison. Sarah Breck jumped from the back of the wagon and took a look around.
Sarah was 14. and her dark hair was cropped short, and, much to the dismay of her mother, wore a white shirt, that was two sizes too big, and tan trousers.*damnation i cant read my hand writing!* Her eyes were green and much accustomed to small text and stuff like that because she enjoyed reading. Mr. Breck was tall and thin. He had shiny, shiny eyes that seemed to look right through you. Mrs. Breck had light curly hair and a small frame. Charlie, Sarah's baby brother looked just like any otherbaby, small and round. *could i be any more specific about a baby*
Sarah's surrounings were dull. The 20 acres her dad has bought consisted of nothing but a tree, and old run-down barn, and tall prarie grass as far as the eye could see. She sighed, put her hands in her pockets, and thought, "Well this was a rip-off."*Gah* Her father spent $20 on this land. *that was a lot of money then* Three years of hard work and all he got was a tree, and old barn, and a bunch of grass. *im tired of typing ill type more tomorrow. we're still on chap 1 remember!!* blaugh dramallama
