weeee! Swim practice was really hard, but so much fun! Before we started practice we did 20 up and outs followd by some sprints. Then we got in the main pool to start practice. We did some drill stuff followed by 8 100 frees on 1:45. Then I had to sprint 8 25s of skulling cuz I couldn't let Cody beat me. I'm arms were totally shot the rest of practice, hahaha. It was still fun though.
