He was tall with dark hair that fell around his fair skin in waves with his hands in his pockets leaning back a little. His eyes were a deep onyx color with a hint of redness in them. His upper body was well built yet, not like those guys that have muscles lager then their head. His name was Zane. Zane looked like one of those guys in the movies that look all cool and cryptic in the shadows as the girl that likes him turns the corner and see‘s him standing there. This sort of felt that way, although he was the one that walked up on me. Looking at him standing there in the shadow of the willow tree I was sitting at a few moments ago, all I could do was stare and think of how this was a rapturous sight. Not many people witnessed this type of beauty, he was like a god standing in Eden. I was glad he was here with me yet, I didn’t want him to notice that I was ecstatic. As I looked at him I remembered why I drooled over him when I first meet him, though I didn’t not understand why he even lay eye’s on me. I was not pretty in my human state I looked more like a cat right out of a shower with all it’s hair all over the place with spots of dry hair. I looked like I was dying at times with such pale skin but nothing like the skin I have now.
Funny how before I became a vampire I looked like I was dying and now that I’m dead I looked beautiful with long brown silky hair. Ironic isn’t it. One question always bothered me, why would someone so perfect as him ever approach me, let alone come and talk to someone like me? What ever the reason was for coming up to me and changed me, there was nothing I can do about it now. I could tell he hadn’t feed in a while like me right before I massacred the deer, but he was controlling his hunger much better then I had. He made no sudden movements, he just stared straight into my eyes with out saying anything until I broke the silence.

“What do you want” I hissed. Sounding more bitchy then I wanted it to sound.

“A little feisty are we” he grinned while taking a step in my direction.

“Shut up” I yelled in hatred moving up to him.

“Now, now calm down, I’m not here to harm you or piss you off, just came to check on you and see how your doing, I see you drink animal blood and not human though”

“Well I rather drink animal blood then kill innocent human beings,” disgusted, as I though of it what happened a few moments ago before I meet the deer.

“Human blood is much more sweeter and pleasing to the senses,” Zane replied.

“How can you think of humans as just some everyday food you know you were on yourself.”

“Look I don’t mean it in that way, I’m simply saying. And anyways who said I kill innocent human beings. I only kill those who don’t deserver the gift of life!”

“ Even if they don’t deserve the gift of life, there still human beings none the less”

“True but should a human live if their purpose in life is to hurt innocent humans?”

“Well no,” I stuttered. “But you can‘t play god and kill everyone who‘s hurt someone else”

“Why not they deserve it.”

“You just can‘t” I yelled angrily while he just stood there without showing feeling of any kind.

“Don‘t you want the world to be a better place for everyone and anyways I don‘t decide if the live or die they decide with their actions” Zane began getting annoyed that I was judging him on who he was hunting.

“Look I‘ll show you what I mean” Zane said with a companionate voice few moments later. Then he grabbed my arm gently and pulled me closer to his face, I just stared at him not saying a word. I was so close to him, I could smell his sweet scent coming from his chest. If I was able to blush I would probably would have been a deep rosy pink. I was glad he couldn’t tell if I was blushing or not. I looked away from his face and said in a whisper “show me then.”
