All right, I'm back from my injury. My friend (my attacker) helped me recover through training. We put weights on our feet and kicked 60-pound bags 50 times for each foot. After we took the weights off, my kicking speed was more than five times faster than my normal speed. It was like my mind was separated from my body. In my head, I was still kicking when my foot hit the bag eek .
