	for me, it's a seven...>.< the bright colors look good and she has a lively expression... the hair is okay, but i'm sure you could've done better... ^_^

	I'll give it a 9. say that I'm mababaw but really i like it! haha! can't receive a ten because i've seen work from other peeps but this is good too! smile nice work, keep it up! smile
