Name: Toby Tubbins

Hometown: The Island

Weight: A lot.

Bio: Toby Tubbins, founder and prior leader of the (insert name of police force here). Born and raised on the island, worked hard and lived merrily on the island, married and raised his son on the island, and now retired and living the easier life. On the island. Back when he started the ( prior thing) his community was in need of protection from rogue pokemon and people alike, and those issues came with judgement calls, and sometimes you need a bigger man then most to deal with them even-handedly. Luckily for Toby he is the biggest man on the island, a trait that isn't going to end any soon in his retirement. In case you weren't aware, he's fat, but do not let this fool you. He is a strong and capable trainer, and those skills aren't going to leave him any time soon.

Tabitha (Snorlax)

Met as a munchlax when Toby, the boy found his partner as a child when he went over to help on the berry farm during the summer. It was in those days of picking berries that he came across the soon to be named Tabitha, eating a very large portion of the berry harvest. Defending Tabitha from any negative reactions by promising extra work, and with a little help from his own father, he gained a fast friend in the pokemon, as well as what may have been an unhealthy influence on his eating habits.
