There has been a disturbing incident. A threat to the very hand had been cast over us like a shadow. I had gone to face the menace but my hand was not guided by fate. Thankfully the threat was defeated with the help of so many who reside int his world. But while I could stem the rising tide, I was a fool to think I could wield power over it like the moon itself.
Has fate sought to laugh at me? I do not know though I have tried over and over to divine its meaning. In my efforts I have come across the remains of a goddess long forgotten. She has sought fit to grace me with a bit of her power. Even now I am stil trying to handle the effects. I wonder if I am even human anymore. Something beastly stirs inside of me and I hope against hope that I am able to control it.
