I idly leaned against the table, chin on palm, watching boredly as my young son Luke climbed onto the bar to dance with the poledancers. The female bartenders weren't far away, and they were pouring alcohol all over themselves and laughing. A look of pure fun was on Luke's face, and he would've laughed if he ever talked. Which he never did.
My police hat and badge was tucked away so I looked as if I was only cosplaying a cop. With an unapproachable aura I only had to fend off a few people. I never took my eyes off Luke, and I never touched a single glass of alcohol since the day I was told my virginity was lost because of it.
I stared up at Luke again, and it looked like the girls were slowly stripping him and enthusiastically pouring drinks down his front. He's gonna have to pee a lot later. Might as well do it now.
I climbed onto the table and aroused a few cheers. But I wasn't there to dance. I edged between the girls and their boobs and grabbed Luke's upper arm.
"Pee break," I announced, and dragged Luke away. I had to remind him so alcohol wouldn't be the only liquid he'd be soaking wet with. And I had to help him or he'd come back with his pants on his ankles.
Just another regular night.
