Flying High
Flying high,
Above the sky.
In the plane...seeing those down below,
As the wind sweeps, you breathe shallow.
Underneath that sweat and blood,
Is the heart of fear and power that keeps one from falling,
Into the deep ocean that lies beneath.
But with that breath you gain focus,
And fly to the end to achieve anything but dread.
Through the air,
Jumping out with the weight on your shoulders.
Through the parachute you land,
And gain fear back again.
But through memories and strength of what you know,
You shall achieve victories and take back what they sew.

As time goes by,

Immortality of Beauty
Through the flames,
As the ashes arise,
The Pyro of a bird comes alive.
Through the beating heart,
This creature has its part,
With it's luminous song and ravishing light,
It makes even the most distressing eyes look bright.
One is blessed being born from the red egg,
More beauteous in color those other creatures would beg.
With it's graceful flight,
And it's blazing dance,
This creature has a chance,
To show its attraction and benevolence,
But through its fire and elegance,
This mythical creature can become malevolent.
Taking care of this sanctified creature,
It will never show this feature.
Let it do what it may be,
And it will not disturb thee.

The Loss
Now the Time comes for where you leave,
You hurt me so much you make my heart bleed.
I don't know what more to say,
But you never make the pain go away.
Why do I have so much ache from you,
I never thought it would end so blue.
My heart tells me to forgive,
But all I see is a knife cutting the sleeve.
Leaving me with nothing to keep me warm,
Making me sick and mourn.
All I have to say is I desired this to be different,
And I wish I could say I love you but I can't.
