Again, I feel like talking or should I say typing about Shugo Chara today. Too much stuff on Shugo Chara filling up my head. By far, this is the most cutest Shoujo manga ever. I mean it has all there is to make it a Shoujo manga: bubbly-sparkly backgrounds, main character with multiple love interests, scenes that make fangirls go into fangirl overload, and last but not least people with abnormal colored hair! blaugh
I read Chapter 37. Not what I expected at all. All the Humpty Lock and Dumpty Key has done (so far *wink*) is show Ikuto's childhood. But it gives me (and all the other readers) a good insight on Ikuto's past. I pity the chibi Ikuto so much and he was so sweet towards Utau during their rough times. (Makes me love him even more. heart ) Chibi Tadase, I must confess, is so much cuter than Chibi Ikuto! And again this chapter shows how much of a b**** Tadase's mother was. Ikuto was a pretty spunky kid compared to how is now. Ikuto's talent on the violin was pretty useful when he was with Tsukasa, as in playing his violin out in the streets to get money (because Tsukasa spent all the money) like street performers. (Amu and Tadase find this pathetic.) We were able to see how Yoru was born from Ikuto's heart. I hope Tadase doesn't still hate Ikuto after this. I mean if he doesn't I will hate Tadase so much that I'll make him digest a microbomb. Amu seems to feel sorry for Ikuto (as she should) for the rough time he had on finding what his father's "true feelings" were. But then, in the memories, the big Easter guys come into the picture.
Now onto the anime. Stupid fillers. I hate them so much. I have this gut feeling that the anime will end differently compared to the manga. I mean Kairi is probably gonna come before Ikuto according to Wikipedia. But fillers have their pros and that's sort of okay. In the anime, there are probably 3 times as many Amu X Ikuto scenes compared to the manga. More Nagihiko. More Rima X Nagihiko. XD More Utau. Now the cons of the fillers. Filler characters, lame chara-nariis, less Amu x Ikuto than there should be. The slow rate on catching up to the manga.
Hmm. I feel that is all I have to say about Shugo Chara for now.
