This is a Short story for my avatar. i hope you enjoy it as much as i have writing it. I love to write stories.



The Cat Girl

You walk down a road at the end of the summer. The sun is just rising in the sky. The leaves on the trees are starting to turn. In the distance you see the largest tree on the street. As you get close to it you hear a sound. You think it is nothing and keep walking along. As you leave the big tree, you hear the sound again. You start to look in the tree and catch a glimpse of something. Whatever is up there it is moving very fast. You just cant see what it is.
You hear something behind you. You turn to see what it is, there is what almost looks like a cat in front of you. You turn and run away because you don't know if the cat is hostile. She chases you, and is to fast for you. She pounces on top of you. Gets off of you and waits for you to get up. You stand and face her. The look on her face says that she is puzzled. "Why did you run away? I only want to play." Her tail swishes back and forth as she waits for an answer.
Moments later before you know it the two are in the big tree playing hide and seek. A perfect end to a great summer. You made a new friend!!!
