I am currently in the process of learning (tolkien) elvish! =D
If anyone is curious as to how I plan on doing that, I fully intend to teach myself through way of.. guides on the internet (*dramatic voice*)! *ahem* Anyway, I am happy to inform you that there are three rather useful sites with extencive elvish-english dictonaries and learning guides. I've asked around and am still on the hunt for other sites with useful guides.. but so far I believe have been directed to the best three possible learning sites. :]
Very detailed Sindarin-English & English-Sindarin dictionary.
(Also provides grammar and examples of Sindarin.)
A site dedicated to The Lord of the Rings.
(A rather fun site in my personal opinions. Lots of media, games, links to useful elvish languange sites, just a bunch of fun stuff. ^_^)
"The most comprehensive site about Tolkien's invented languages that you are likely to find on the net."
(That is pretty much it in a nutshell. Probably the most helpful and recomended site i'f been directed to thus far. If you want to learn it, this is where you should look for it. Whether it be a form of elvish or dwarfish, ent, or the orc/black speech.. this is where you should be looking. =D)
Heniach nin?
I'm not obsessed! I swear! D:
