YoungSonic - The Journey
A look back at my youth, and a look into my youthful future.
Muffin Bot
It's yet another cold day in Antarctica as a mist rises from Santa's lair.

"Ewwww!!! Santa!" cried a little elf as he gasped for fume less air!
"Get cho short, piggly a** up outta my office foh I shove my fat a** foot up yo hole," Santa gangster'd toward the elf!

It's been a rough year down at the North Pole. Ever since the Petrucci Family came down and raided the place while Santa and the crew were out at the club smashing Hypnotiq, the atmosphere has been such a bland bore.

ZZT! ZTT! ZZZZT! KUHCHHHHH!

"What the hell was dat," Santa shouted to his crew. The siren rang, elves packed some nines ready to buss any fool who dare come knockin' on the door. "Norf Syda Gangstaz 4 Lyfe" was their motto.

"Nuck if you buck," one elf shouted.

Sure enough something... someone was ready to nuck...

A New Outlook...
Transition
The transition from elementary to middle school, the transition from middle school to high school.. are all good ones. But, one thing many forget to do is cherish their youth and the moments and friends that come with it. You may never see either of them again. After my graduation I sat back and let a sigh of relief knowing there were no more tests, homework assignments, or crappy, over-priced school lunches to dread. No more push of society to dress to impress, and a whole lot less self-esteem issues to look forward too.

But, do I shun the boring high school drags and boring classes out of my thoughts? Should I? I do believe I shouldn't.

Responsibility
Responsibility is a great, rewarding thing, but what happened to those playground days with your friends on the jungle gym? What happened to the embarrassing notes left in the lunch box? What happened to that sense of imagination that fueled every kid's drive to want to go to school (secretly we all know we only wanted to go for recess)? With responsibility comes a heightened maturity level and less imagination and will to play.

Society
What book, what law says a 30 year-old man can't call his buddy to go play tag? Many know that responsibility and leadership brought law and morals. A good thing? Of course! It's expected not to play kick ball with your friends at 30. So, live your life while you're young so you have those memories to grasp.

Recollection
Recollection is not only in one's mind, but in their actions. A great scape-goat to act childish and revamp your imagination is having a kid! Now you can get away with playing with Pokémon cards! You don't HAVE to HAVE a kid to do this, mind you. I, myself, play Gaia! It keeps my kid spirit alive and that is why I am searching for friends that love games for the same reasons I do. To never forget.

I ask you, reader, that when you go to Towns or you play Slots... be friendly, have fun, and don't feel embarrassed to be yourself! Make friends and enjoy every minute of it!
