I have been trying to attend Oni-Con for about two years now. Last year, Ike screwed me over. The year before that my mom did. But this year... it's 98% possible!

I've never cosplayed or been to an anime convention before, so any tips or suggestions you have would be super awesome! If you'd like to suggest a character to me, my picture is in my profile. If I don't know it, I may ask for a little info on it and then I'll go do my research like a good little girl.
My thoughts?
I was thinking of buying this. Getting some fangs. Dressing in normal clothes. And just being an S-Class Vampire trying to fit in the human world.
But that's not very creative.
When is Oni-Con?
October 30th. October 31st. November 1st.
So, you should figure I don't have a super amount of time to throw something together. My companion forgot to mention when it was until just yesterday. stare Gotta love him, though.
Stipulations? I don't have the money for a pre-made costume. They can be expensive. I can probably scrap together supplies and follow directions to make anything easy. I'm not a very experienced seamstress, so I can't put together a super amazing costume even with more than a couple of weeks to prepare. I learn super fast and wouldn't mind making something if it's possible in the allotted time.
