heart my own okonomiyaki's recipe heart
Okonomiyaki is a Japanese pizza snack or could be also called as a pan cake.
Well since i'm kinda liking western style pizza i've change a bit their recipe.
The basic is still the same
Well this is for 2 serving i guess
All u need is
2/3 cup of all-purpose flour
1/3 cup of water
1 egg
about 100 gram shredded cabbage
salt and pepper
add some cooked bacon or whinner/sausage or chicken
wut i change is
i added
2-3 fresh oregano leaves u can also use the dried 1
some cheese whether its cheddar or any cheese u like cheese_whine
some ketchup
some chili sauce
some mayo + lemon
n i skip the bbq sauce xd
