The particular elements that brought together my parents is as complex and even diverse as any coupling can become. As to those details, I only had ever heard whisperings as a pup and when I grew tired of the taunts, the hostility, and jealousy, I left before I could be told all that had come to pass before my birth. But I can tell you this, my mother, Vanya, is a direct descendent of the first set of ancestors blessed by the Moon Goddess with the ability to shapes if - morph - turn into the glorious form of the wolf. Her father, my grandfather, and his fathers before him had maintained leadership for generations. Many generations. She was the princess of the pack, the only sired pup of her parents, and the wolf that tempted many. Thus she was set to become the mate of the next alpha, the next beta, but then she met the Sun God, my father.
As you will know he goes by a many a name depending on your culture. He is a man of great beauty, or as my mother once told me 'Has a face that is hard to define with words due to its splendor'. His domain is over the arts, music, healing, and even war aside from bringing light, life, and guidance to the world. While I'm not fond of anything related to war, I certainly have great talent in each of his other domain rulings as well as a few other 'gifts' that come from being the daughter of a god.
