Key:
Performance-Mastered and has been played in front of an audiance other than family or friends.
Mastered-Can play from memory with mistakes very rare.
Learned-Can play from memory with mistakes often OR I know all the pieces I'm just working on putting them together.
Learning-Know bits and pieces but not the whole thing. Working on it.
Basic-I know a basic version, but not the professional version. Often this is the cause of learning the base guitar notes instead of piano notes by mistake.
Edited-I had to edit parts because my fingers are too small to reach all the keys.
New-Know maybe one piece or a few notes. (Into only, ect.)
Unknown-I know the song but I haven't got around to learning it yet.
What the Heck!?-I don't know the song and I'm in the process of learning what it sounds like.
