Okay so my name is Teyla23 and I'll be showing you those who doesn't know anything or just a little. I've been using Gaia for 8 years, so my fellow Gaians get ready for a journey. smile

As you know when you first star you have to design you avatar the way you want it, you won't get much clothing at first but that's to come. When you first start out the most you can do is towns and make new friends.
After three days you'll get a chance to by a trading pass for a really cheap price, now that you got a trading pass you can ask your new friend if you can barrow money which is called gold or even some better cloths. There's a good chance that it'll be a little hard to make new friends because some of the older avatars aren't big friend of newbies so if they call you a Noob don't get to offended because they're just calling you a newbie.
I advise to join a guild so you can meet more people. Barton Cop Guild because you could get a lot of gold and help keep towns to safe from others. There are a lot to rules to come with being on gaia but that happens with a lot of games like this.
