Soft pillows of wind,
Caress my thoughts and lips.
I lay back and dream.

The stars shine so bright
Heaven can’t be miles away
For it is right here
~Rain~
After spring showers
Droplets glisten on twigs ends,
Cool and refreshing
Spring rains soak the earth,
Fill creeks and streams with freshets.
Brooks start to babble.
Hot summer night rains
Bring voluptuous life to earth.
Hear the corn growing.
Saturated clouds,
Thunder and lightning, boom, flash
Rainbows follow rain.
Gray clouds race above
Driving slanting sheets of rain
Buffeting the land
Steady autumn rains
Slowly drain color from earth.
It is a sad time.
Winter rain is hard,
Persistent and foreboding,
Silent, dark and dead
Rain and sleet freeze.
Trees become silver statues
Sparkling in the sun
~Hate~
Engulfed in darkness.
A pulsar eating my soul.
No end is to come.
