So, most likely, I'm going to get stabbed with metal tubes in the near future. While I'm asleep. So they can suck one of my non-vital organs out through said tubes.
No, it's not the end of the world. It's not cancer or aids.
It's cholesterol that's managed to knot itself together into nasty little stones inside my gall bladder, causing me much pain and an obscene sensitivity to hydrogenated oil and all things deep fried.
I look forward to having brownies after this stuff is fixed. -.-; I miss them. And fries. And ******** pumpkin pie.
So, despite how annoying surgery will be, I'm looking forward to it. With any luck my ultrasound will be positive for gall stones and I won't have to get the insides of my veins irradiated before they can tell that my gallbladder is trying to kill me. My symptoms, at least, are classic.
