This is not very good for me...apparently, my University didn't automatically submit my GPA for the Cal Grant like I thought it would...and the deadline was way back...March 2nd...so now, because my mother and father said I screwed up for not checking, my family has to find a way to pay $9600 for the balance that will accrue for this year at the University.

I've already applied to a few work study jobs on campus, but that won't cover everything. I've also applied to some jobs in my city, so I'm hoping those will at least make a dent in the balance...lucky for me that the balance is split between two semesters...so I'm hoping that will turn out well.

If anyone's got any advice or $9600 to spare...please let me know...I'm really desperate right now...my chest hurts like a b***h, I have a gnawing headache, and I feel like I want to die...I feel like more of a burden to my parents now more than ever...

Please...if anyone knows anything that can help, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!! I'm in a really tight bind here...
