Basically what the originalchallenge brakes down to is every day the challenger will take the topic/theme of the day and write a setting, character, fiction, poem, really anything, focused around the day's theme.
My plan for myself is to write a fiction piece over the next year concerning a number of varied themes. My goal is to make it 40 chapters in length; so nearly every Sunday I will take the material that I've written before and roll it into a new chapter for the story. Then, after 365 days I will use the remaining 26 days to revise the chapters and story as a whole while I check it for continuity errors, grammer and such things. If any of you should happen to follow along with me on this little journey then I will be all the more motivated to stick with this thing till the end.

At this point I changed the pandora station from Sum 41 to Van Canto since I'm seeing a repeating theme of love, loss and overcoming the past in all of the songs on the original station. While I think those are good themes to start a story on I don't really want that to be the focus of a project I'm going to spend a year on. Love sure, but not loss and pity and escaping. No, now it's time to kick it up a bit with Van Canto and other metal bands to start giving a little more movement to the story.
