I was bored, so I decided to try something in the fantasy-catagory.. It isn't great, but it was written in about five minutes.

Rated PG for talks of war and violence.



Time was old, but the war between the warlocks and humans was just beginning.
And I sat there, in the middle of the war era, terrified. There were spells being cast and guns being fired, each side just barely being able to fight.

And what was the point of it all? The warlocks were trying to preserve their land, and the humans were trying to get more land for the growing population.

So why not come to a compromise? The humans were afraid of having warlocks nearby; what if they terrified and killed the citizens? The warlocks knew that their traditions would be long forgotten if they were to socialize with humans too much.

And there was nothing to be done. The war would continue until the grass was red and the air smelled of nothing but blood. One of the races would have to die out, but the other race would suffer terribly.

In the old days, no one would have believed this would happen. Everyone got along peacefully; the warlocks doing simple tasks for the humans in exchange for their land.

So what went wrong? The warlocks continued their side of the agreement, but the humans become selfish and wanted the land for themselves.

It has been rumored that the goblins will be getting involved in the war, giving the humans the slight edge that they will need to win the war.

So I sat there, weak and defenseless. There was nothing to do; nothing would help. It will only stop when one destroys the other, and then goes on to destroy another group of beings.
