Day 3
I think I need to switch to weighing myself every morning rather than every evening. There was just a 2 pound difference from last night to this morning and I know it's all water weight. I need to spend tomorrow afternoon getting a hold of my insurance company and trying to find a doctor. I'd prefer to find a female doctor since I have never been comfortable with a male doctor.
I've been researching the LAP band procedure, my family and Keith both have said that if I make this choice, that they will support me. I'd be sad to give up soda, but it's probably better for me that I did anyway. This wont give me a choice about it, I'll have to. My father had it done and has seen great results, this really encourages me because he didn't do it the reason many women I know did. He wanted to get his health on the right track, this enabled him to do that. It's at least worth talking to my insurance company and a doctor about.
