A girl named Melissa
Found a ladybug
She named her Lucillia
And gave her a hug
They played and laughed together
Till Frederick came along
He thought he’d have some fun here
But that ladybug was wrong
Lucillia got frightened
When Frederick grabbed her a**
She hid behind Melissa
Cowering in the grass
Melissa got so angry
That she yelled at mean ol’ Fred
He then left, Lucillia smiled
“Thanks best friend!” she said
“They played some more
Then Lucillia fell down
Then two of them heard
A squeaky little sound
“Sorry! Sorry!” the voice squeaked
“I wasn’t watching where I was going!”
Little ladybug Maria was rambling
And her story just kept on going…
“I’m sorry! I’m sorry! Are you okay?”
Then something caught her eye
A bumble bee flew past
So off Maria did fly
“She was really weird” Lucillia stated
“Well actually…well….um…”
Melissa thought for a moment,
“…I think she was just that dumb.”
Then came Speckles the ladybug
Definitely a rebel
“Melissa, I’m scared!” she cried,
“He’s serious trouble.”
Then Speckles left and all was jolly
In Melissa’s ladybug land
They lived happily ever after
And now this is the end
