Kaku is a bijuu in the form of badger. It has seven tails, and is the smallest bijuu out of the nine; though it is the most cunning and stealthy. Kaku hunts its prey underground most of the time. It kills by crumbling/destroying the piece of land that is under its target, making it fall right into his open mouth. Above land, whenever he is around he can transform into any type of creature, but he is unable to do it if he doesn’t have clay.

The upper robe is held closed with a gray sash that matched the two tone black and gray tunic. His pants were baggy and loose and hid his feet. Around his neck was a single leather strap strung through Red Clay Cherry Blossom the size of a dime. His hair was long to his shoulders and held back with a head back with the Iwagakure emblem on the plate which faced backwards. The emblem is scratched out vertically Multiple times.
The most noticeable feature is the massive pack. Roughly the height of Gaara's gourd and as wide around at the bottom half it seems almost to large to carry. It's shape and lack of noise hint nothing of what might be inside.

Goofy and smiling at times, and scared and withdrawn at others, Kal is haunted by the never ending nightmare, always afraid he will lose control he distances himself from others. Kaku constantly speaks to him, trying to he him to give in. He dislikes having to use his powers. This however changes completely if anyone he cares about is in danger or has been mistreated by his enemy, he also does not tolerate slurs about his parents. Also while he doesn't hate Uchiha's he has gone out of his way to inconvenience them if he feels the person is being arrogant.

Kal is the last surviving member of the Tokita Clan, A line of hunter-nins that stretch back to the foundation of Iwagakure, But had declined over the years. Blinded by his greed and Thirst for power, the Tsuchikage sought to once again take over the other Ninja Villages, But wished for a powerful Shinobi to lead his armies. He took the new born Kal Tokita and using an experimental Sealing jutsu and Powered by they blood of his Dieing father. It was a success but the Kage paid for his Actions. Kal's Mother was stricken mad with grief and destroyed The Kage's tower, Killing herself, and the Kage in the act. Now an orphan and seen as the child of a murder (The sealing and the reason Ani killed the Kage were unknown to the Villagers) Kal Spent the next 5 years in an Orphanage before being through in the street as a Monster.
The new Kage learned of the previous one's plan and being just as evil ordered for me to be cared for an trained in the hope He would one day lead armies. He accepted the training but resisted the idea of leading and attacking force. He focused all his attention on Him saying it was his destiny. Finally after years of what the Kage saw as a failure, he ordered the Demon to be removed from Kal and Placed in a more willing host.
The next day 13 year old Kal awoke to find 2 IDPD (The Iwa version of ANBU) standing over him attempting to restrain him. Kal fought back and a fight broke out with Kal winning, the walls of his little shack of a house smeared with the blood of his attackers. The villages once again were unaware of the context behind these deaths, were quick to dub Kal 'Kure-aka no Kal' meaning Kal of the Bloody Clay. Seeing no other option, Kal fled his village and has now been on the run for 3 years. Never in the same spot for long, Never home, Always living in the shadow of the Kage's will. He seeks to prove that no one, not even a Kage can decided the fate of another.
However the Tsuchikage was not so willing to let Kal just go. He gave the Akatsuki detailed information on Kal hoping they would kill him and ride him of his problem. Kal has been on the run ever since. Kal has a special hated for anyone from his old village and absolutely Despises Deidara. He has been using his time to come up with ever more destructive ways of using his Demonic powers against Iwa, wallowing in his hate of the village and often loosing himself in his other half.

Carried in a hidden container under his robes Kal carried a special red clay with rather unique properties. Using his ability to control earth, stone and clay Kal can shape clay into any shape he needs. This clay is different, Though an unknown process Kal's Specially treated clay can change it's density,hardening like steel in seconds and returning to normal when needed. Kal can form whatever he needs, keys for locks, Weapons, tools. He even makes incredibly realistic looking mini statues with it when bored.

Doton: Iwa Fubuki (Earth Release: Stone Snowstorm) [Boar-ox-ram]Using his natural ability to move earth, stone and clay Kal levitates any pebbles, rocks and stones into the air around him. once a cloud of the needed size and density is formed, it is rotated in different directions in an overlapping pattern at high speed. This forms a dense, shield of stone that shreds anything that tries to pass it. Even shattering the stones is ineffective because the resulting stone shards can be added to the storm. It is not unbeatable do the the fact that non solid attack (Such as a Katon, Suiton, or Fuuton) would pass right through.
Doton: Iwa Fubuki no Seme (Earth Release: Attack of the Stone Snowstorm) [No seals] A follow up Jutsu to Doton: Iwa Fubuki, this Jutsu Kal raises his hand in the direction he wishes to attack and speaks the word 'Hae' meaning 'Fly'. Single or clustered stones from his defensive shield shot out at his opponent with blinding speed. The attack as the power to make the stones pass clean through the victim killing quickly. Once the stones are in motion Kal can no longer control them, meaning they can only go in a straight line.
Tsuchiassaiki (Earth Flow Crusher)[Monkey-Tiger-Dragon-Ox] Using his natural ability to manipulate and move earth, stone and clay Kal can form the clay into a kind of reverse whirlpool around his enemy. Moving in a rising and constricting spiral around his enemy, the ground under and around his enemy captures his enemy and holds them in place. From there Kal can either hold his opponent still or crush them.
Chikadou no Jutsu (Subterranean Tunnel Technique) [Ram] A very simple jutsu that lets the user travel underground. While underground the user is Blind and must rely on other means to discern their location. This jutsu can be used to avoid attacks and to travel unnoticed.
Kansei Kuikorosu no Jutsu (Devouring Pitfall Technique) [Dog-Bird] A Medium level Jutsu that destroys the ground under his target when he is under them. This causes the target to fall toward the waiting Kal and what ever attack he has planed.
Doton:Aigokabeshi (Earth Release: Four walls protection) [Dragon] A Medium level jutsu that forms a solid strong protective pyramid over and around Kal by raising four stone slabs out of the ground at angles. It is strong enough to block many attacks but leaves the user unable to move, or attack while shielded. Of Kal wishes, he can shatter the stone to make rocks for his Stone Snowstorm jutsu.

Tokita style: Broken fist: A Deadly and Vicious style of combat practiced by the Tokita Hunter-nin Clan. It focuses Primarily on dislocations and tendon damage and can be preformed with or without swords. Because it often leave it's opponent crippled for life few Tokita's choose to use in in sparring.

Hantajoukei (Hunter eye)
The Tokita's are a line of hunter-nins from Iwagakure (Hidden Stone) that stretch back to the foundation of the village. It was designed as a counter to the Sharingan. The Clan prided it's self on the fact that it always caught its prey. The Clan amassed a large fortune on bounties placed on Missing-nins by various Villages.
The primary reason for their success is their Kekkei genkai, 'Hantajoukei' (Hunter's Sight). This Bloodline trait, is born to all of the Tokita Clan, though it takes immense practice to harness. The Hantajoukei is unique among the various Kekkei Genkai. When activated, it alters their brian chemistry, simplifying the way the brain processes and interprets information form his body. This works to make them extremely resistant to Genjutsu, and opened the mind to a form of sixth sense. In the users mind the Chakra signatures of anyone in the area show up as a field of stars against a black backdrop. Normal chakra signatures show up blue and dim, where unusual signatures Like say, Naruto's would show up brighter and red. When Chakra is used by the someone their signatures glow brighter. A battle would show up as a cluster of Bright signatures.
In combat, it allows them (with training) to find almost anyone because everyone's Chakra signature is unique. Higher level user can counter-act the Sharingan's genjutsu effects.
This ability has some very Risky downsides. Because it is activated by forcing chakra through the Retinas, over use of the Bloodline can cause preferment damage to the Optic Nerve and as a result, Blindness. This can be done all at once in one massive overuse or built up over time. It is rare to find a Tokita over the age of 40 that is not blind, even less if the person was an active Hunter-nin. While still able to see objects with their Bloodline (which still works) they can no longer read or see images because this requires being able to tell color shades and tones, something the bloodline can not do.
Also the Bloodline is not ac precise as normal vision and because of this Tokita's tend to also rely on their sense of hearing. It they can't hear either due to loud ambient noise or a Jutsu some sort they can't fight nearly as well with their bloodline.

Demonic Abilities:
Kal has an unheard of control over the earth element normally and all of his techniques use this to his to his advantage. In contrast he as almost zero ability in any other element. At his basic form Kal utilizes a number of Clay whips, blades, projectiles and other implements in his combat, changing then on the fly and with great speed. He most often uses a form a a clay whip that he can use to cause large about of damage at closer range. His clay manipulation seems almost telekinetic and need no hand seals or jutsu to use. Oh his boy he carries a special red clay, this clay has the ability to change it's density, strength hardness and flexibility as Kal needs, he can only do this with his red clay and he has a very limited about of it.
Demonic Forms:
Level I
Kal begins to merge his mind with Kal's making him more animalistic. His eyes change and his body becomes partly or completely enveloped in Normal clay, a thin layer of his special clay and Stones in that order. Averaging 8 to 9 ft tall this form has no set shape, Kal has access to His Demonic chakra and can call upon it to an extent, he also can make full use of Kaku's Henge abilities letting him change shape at will. He can take the form of anything as long he has enough evaluable Clay for it. He also cant transform into anything smaller than is real body. In this for me cannot control stone as he did in his normal form.
Demonic eye form:
Level II
In this form Kal's mind under goes a further melding with the Demon inside of him and he behind to talk using a plural titles for himself. At this stage he becomes a more badger like form and grows three clay tails that average 10 to 12 ft in length. He can still transform at will but it takes more effort and is not as fluid a transformation. He gains access to several stone based Jutsu that are infused with his chakra he is Blind in this form and must rely on his Bloodline to see but use this this form accelerates the side effects inherit with his Clan.
Final Form
Little is know about Kal in this form. It is a large Scale transformation on the scale of Gaara and Shakaku's Final form but it is slightly smaller because the actually the smallest of the nine. It is about 3/4th the size of Shakaku. At this point Kaku is fully Dominant in the pairing and is in full control over Kal powers. However, in this form They burn through their chakra rapidly and 30 minutes into the transformation they lose the ability to maintain this form and revert to Kal's basic form once again. Only being completely drained of chakra or a large emotional shock is enough to revert Kal back to his original form.
