Description: She is a Monstrr: Beings who make it their buisiness to destroy people's lives, and drive them to suicide. Monstrrs can take any form they choose when they show themselves to humans. They can create nightmares for people, give them hallucinations, and can be the small little voices in people's head, convincing them to do themselves off. They can take any form they please. Joe takes great pride in her work and is a known threat to humanity. She drove 5 million people to suicide in one night. An organization called The Shaken sealed Jo in a human body to save the human race. Now Jo wanders the world, trying to get her true form back.
