In the beginning there were two.These two were not from this world,but from a world far across the cosmose,from a planet of beings capable of powers we cannot begin to comprehend. It is unknown what exactly happened, but they were wiped out. That is how life on our planet came to be.Two of these 'gods' came to this planet on a meteor. When they came,the planet was nothing more than rock and water,they changed that. The boy filled the earth with life.The boy, and his power came to be called Ether. Ether gave birth to life, strength, and a natural cycle. Ether,and his sister soon saw flaw in their creation. The sentient lifeforms were hallow,devoid of emotion or free will. This is where his sister came in.She filled the world with emotions,both good and bad.she also gave them her own form of power,as a gift.That power,and the sister,came to be called Mana. Mana was the spiritual power that flowed through every single being,and had unpredictable potential,just as much as free will gave to man. Mana and Ether ruled the world in an age of peace and prosperity,untill something happened.Suddenly Mana and Ether disappeared. The only notice they left was "We have to sleep now.We will be with you all always,and will awaken once you have developed the power to fight for yourselves. We will leave six immortals to watch over you. Three eyes for Ether,and three eyes for Mana. There will be a day that you will be threatened by a force even greater than we,so be prepared,and stay unified." It has been several millenia since then, and that dark time approaches.
