To my cat, Tiger.

He was a good cat. He barely clawed, bit, or scratched you. Instead, he'd purr, cuddle up with you, and sometimes even give you a massage. He loved to go outside. He was an excellent hunter. He could kill any mouse, rat, mole, and even any rabbit that stood in his way. You'd also see him take naps on couches, beds, or in his special spots, on top of the bureau in the dining room or on my fuzzy green blanket. Affectionate, loving, handsome, just about the cutest, most loving cat you'd ever seen.

But today, 12/30/08 his short life of about 6 years ended. I found him breathing heavily on his side on my bed, near a puddle of pee. I was worried. My poor baby was sick. Me and my sisters were home alone. We called our parents about 7 times each. I took a picture of him, just in case. I waited until my mother came home, and we took him to the animal hospital. We found out that he was suffering from a terminal heart disease, and had fluids in his lungs. They said there was no cure, and they sad he would suffer, they just didn't know how long he'd suffer. I had to make the choice, he was my kitty. I didn't want my baby to suffer. So I decided to let my kitty have a nice long nap. I got to see him before he went to sleep. I tried so hard not to cry in front of him. I petted him, and kissed him goodbye. I walked out the door, glanced back, and thought, "Goodbye Tiger" then closed the door. That was the last time I saw my baby....

Tiger baby, I'm sorry it had to end this way. But it's ok, because I still love you, and everyone still loves you, too. I hope you still love me, too. It was a really hard decision, but I did what I thought was best for you. I hope you have lots of fun in Kitty Heaven. I hear it's really nice there. Miles of yarn, all the tuna, chicken, and ham you can eat, thousands of kitty condos, and all the sparkley, colorful, jingly, cat toys you've ever dreamed of. Not only is there all that stuff, but Mr. Fuzzums, your family, Tobi (idk if he's alive anymore) and Chu-Chu are all waiting for you. there, too. So go have fun, my little angel kitty. Rest in peace. I'll always love you. ~
