Dear Blog,

Five months, I can't believe it has almost been five months since I arrived here in Germany at Berlin Tegel Airport. I had been so shaken, so shocked, and I had almost cried every night for the first week. Almost, five months have gone by now and this place called Mühl Rosin feels like my home, me and my Host sister fight like siblings and I'm able to even be late for the bus.

I was drinking Cappacino, I had 15 minutes to go before I had to make my little way up to the bus station. Well, 15 minutes go by fast when your sipping a delightful warm and foamy cappacino at the breakfest table let me tell you. Before I knew it I was rushing to get my little American butt out the house and up the ice covered hill to the bus station, (I had already been late the day before) and I was not prepared for another embarssement. No such luck of course, as I was just rounding the corner here comes the bus from the bus station, he stops, frowns and me and asks me for my Bus ID. The Bus ID which I never took the liberty of getting!

I shrugged my shoulders and said "I'm an exchange student from American all they gave me was this peice of paper that said I was going to get one." This was true. He glared, and nodded and said "You better sort that out soon, other bus drivers will just throw you out in the cold." I knew this wasn't true, this had happened to me before with the Bus I.D. but he drove the Bus for my route to Mühl Rosin most days so I decieded I better get it taken care of.

That afternoon, after dinner I was talking to my host parents about it. The Bus Driver and one of the old ladys were apparently talking about me on the bus! My host father heard them and took claim of me and I got another warning to get the Bus I.D. thing sorted out, me being in slightly better humor now than before---,mainly due to the fact that I had got it sorted out---laughed, and told him that he and the Bus Driver had started a club. The American Exchange Student Hate club, the bus driver was the club president and my host dad the treasur. I also said my host brother attentions everyonce and awhile along with my little host sister when I don't give her any oreos. My math teacher is defiantly apart of this club, and the rest of other bus drivers might as well be. My host mother told me that hate was a strong word and I told her in English than it it mush be the 'Extremely dislike' American Exchange student club than, geeze.

The weather here recently has been terriable, it rained during the night and the roads froze over in our village. We had to push the car up the hill to get it out of the street so we could drive to Güstrow and to school. I later found out that my bus didn't drive that day and I wouldn't have had to have gone to school that if I had just rode the bus. =(

Next week is Project week, haha I didn't know what to do so I didn't sign up for anything. I'm going to ask the English teacher if she can take me under her wing. Well, I'm going to go answer emails and I'll try to write more blogs from now on,
Jitty =D
