The wind child
Once a girl who was pure of heart and was very kind was sent to a public school. Her parents had argued about it for days and she didn't know what the problem was. On her first day out of private school she practically jumped with glee. She would be able to make great friends and be a real kid, she thought. On her first day all the kids made fun of her, pushed her into the mud, tore up her homework, made her do [their] homework, and stole her lunch. After school she sat on the steps and cried and cried until she couldn't cry anymore, then ,realizing that her parents had abandoned her, she ran into the forest. She didn't notice the tornado until she was high in the sky. Then a voice said to her gently,"child i have seen your life and will bestow on you a great gift." Wings sprouted from her back and she was given a scepter. She now rules the skies searching for a poor child as unfortunate as she.
