Weapons: A long and slender blade she keeps at her hip along with a variety of blades hidden on her person including and silver switchblade with a ivory hilt, a long whip coiled tightly across from her blade and of course her own magic.
Powers/Skills: Mei has been trained in her magic and has become very in tune with it her magic can do a lot of things that ranges from changing the size of a ring to binding the magic of another. Mei can 'weave' her magic through dance as can many of her kind she was part of an elite dancing group on her home island, they were known for the ability of being able to induce the emotions of the dance onto their audience, it was common to find the many watchers drop to their knees as they felt the sorrow of some dances.
Personality: Mei is a warrior by heart and puts duty before anything but she's very open and hates being alone, her kind in general is this way, they express emotion openly and casual touch is often encouraged. She sarcastic and witty and all and all fun loving though she's not one of the most empathetic of people though most would pin her as such. Mei comes from a world in which one accepts life as it is dealt and doesn't complain when they're dealt a bad hand in life.
Biography Mei was born to a people of strict rules and harsh punishments that are called mercy. She had trained for years to control her magic so it wouldn't kill her and she could use it to defend herself but more importantly her Empress. Mei was part of the Empress's elite guard until she fled. Mei was never one to tied down by rules.
Appearance: She's a fair one to say the least she has a slender build which misleads her to weak when she can easily cripple a man twice her size. She wears a uniform that hugs every curve and much resembles the skin of a black cobra and has a low back so she can spread her wings in her Demi form. Her long honey milk hair is tied back in a tight pony tail but lets the colored parts of her hair hang.
