you just wanted to be friend, but i still have feelings.
feelings i shouldn't have said. or even thought about.
No matter what i do, i see you with a smile.
for if there is a single tear on your face i have failed.

Hard enough to protect you when times rough,
but soft enough for you to lay down your head.
When there is joy on your face, or even in your voice
it makes me so happy to be alive.
There is always that bird chriping in your ear.
just ignore it and go your own path.
I should of just stayed silent, but my heart was beating so fast.
Everytime i hear my name come from your lips,
it makes my legs tremple. But i know i'm not your man.
Theres alot better than me, but i will settle to be your pillow and sheild.
