Physical Description: Joe is a fit young man, twenty three years of age in all with a strong and leaned V-shaped swimmer's body, muscular without being bulky. He's a man of olive completion and dark brown hair, very nearly black, worn in a sort burr or induction cut, meaning a uniform 1/8 inch all over. His face in whole cannot be commented on, due to his habit of covering it at all times, but has a prominent bump on the bridge of his slightly crooked nose, from a past break, and irises grey green in color, possessing the look of an unusually rough texture.

--Hat: Expensive white pinch-front fedora with a silver band he won in a gambling match
--Button: Yellow smiley button pinned to a front indent in the hat's crown, an attempt to put the world in a better mood
--Scouter Shades: Dark grey high-tech sunglasses with a myriad of functions, provided by the SAS
--Facemask: Skull printed black facemask covering the face from the eyes down, worn long, it's tip ending at his sternum
--Overcoat: Heavy black leather overcoat, almost always left unbelted and open to allow him access to the pockets and holsters
--Sweatshirt: Loose hoodless black sweatshirt marked with the symbol of chaos on a triangular warning sign, worn over the chainmail and under the Vambraces
--Chainmail: Garment made of interlocking rings of lightweight steel alloy, worn to protect from slashing blows but light enough not to be of real burden
--Undershirt: Thin black long sleeved shirt which clings tightly to the skin, worn mainly to serve as a buffer for the chainmail
--Vambrace: Metal guards stretching from his wrist to his elbow, the right one bearing two sharp bladed spikes, made from borazon
--Gloves: Black full-dexterity, anti-needle, puncture and slash resistant armored gloves, protective yet thin, marked with an alchemical circle. He keeps an extra pair handy
--Pants: Black denim motorcycle pants, reinforced and double stitched throughout
--Boots: Custom Hi-Point boots made from hardened leather
Weapons:
An identical pair of stunning and wonderfully crafted handguns, modified Deagles with a seven in barrel and a seven bullet clip of .50AE round; A pair of guns which were blessed by the pope himself, after mush harassment, and lovingly dubbed by their owner the 'Crusaders' Two spare mags carried at all times.
Two .25 ACP Beretta "Jetfire"s safely tucked away, one up each sleeve. Not the most powerful handgun, but it gets the job done. 7 round mag and 115 mm in total length. No spare amunitions.
A folding tactical razor with a five inch blade, beautiful in it's practicality.
A MP5k submachine gun, small, lightweight, and loaded with a 30 round box mag of 9 mm hp rounds. A second mag is taped to the first one, facing the opposite direction in a 'jungle setup' a allowing for fast reloading by a simple flip.
Personal combat knife, 170mm blade modified through alchemical process, the blade is formed from aggregated diamond nanorods
Spiked knuckles, always handy in a scrape, and made of the extremely dense, and therefore heavy material ultrahard fulite
The cutlass is a sword which is made from a hodge podge of different materials including heterodaimonds, titanium nitride, osmium, fullerite, and borazon. It's guard and pommel are engraved with alchemical symbols, allowing for quick transmutation of the weapon, though most are concealed beneath the leather grip wrapping. Over all length 36.5"
Two exotic knifes, 12 1/2" he'd picked up on his travels, original steel, but alchemized later into a honeycombed borozon, keeping the strength but lightening them
One thirteen inch knuckle knife, made from standard steel, but carries some sentimental value for him.
Skill:
Alchemy: Though by far not a master, he is at least competent in alchemy and uses a custom made circle simply for the purpose of creating a huge variety of ultra specific, though often flawed and risky, circles for his tansmutations which are often in truth beyond his level of mastery.
