oh well.
Was it worth it today? Sitting here, listening to "While My Guitar Gently Weeps". Tried to watch Let It Be here, but it kept stalling or something. Went on the George Harrison guild and could think of things i'd like to talk about with all the others, but nothing to say. i miss them. Kleo, Crackerbox Palace/darkhorsegeorge, Savory Truffle, Phanta, IdlersDream...Even on another guild with Hairy, and i miss seeing him around as much, too.
Nothing much to say, really. Times change. Those times were good. Hopefully, whatever comes will be just as good.
Crap.
Going to just get off for a while. this is making me a bit sad.
Yeah. Crap.

Mumps and life's bumps
Well, my mother thinks she has a case of the mumps. She started complaining yesterday (i only heard about it last night) about intestinal problems. Today, though, one of her cheeks is swelling. She says she has no fever. I don't know.
i'm now instant messaging with the brother of a medical student in Saudi Arabia who used to chat with me. She was so nice. He's nice, too. Funny how things turn out.
i saw a friend a week or so ago. She got a job as a nanny and left the college's day care center. Also, she's starting to not want to work for a living and wants to have a family and kids. When she first told me this, i thought it was crazy, but it's just the way she wants it to be. Different people want different things in life. She has definitely changed in the year that she's been married. i bet that we'll have really drifted apart in a few years. We're definitely going in different directions and change so much apart from each other. i'm starting to want to work and am hoping to be an ASL interpreter with the State courts, and i don't want to ever get married or have kids. She's very religious, and i'm not. Those are minor things, though, i suppose. Really, we have always been able to talk about things we differ on and learn from each other. We grow. It's just that she's grown a lot quicker since she got married a year ago.
