People tell me that imagining success helps them in school and gives them confidence. Interesting, since Time magazine recently said something about that. But I believe it is safer to expect nothing at all, only welcome what comes. This way, you need not set any standards to pass or fail. You know you get what you work for and nothing more. Imagining success only makes people arrogant, causing them to overlook minor issues which later become major problems.
