	Its a new look! In other news I have decided to stop being so dark and be a little more sunny and upbeat, hence the new avator. She is much more happy and approachable. Just on Gaia not in other things...though maybe my myspace could use a bit of brightening up.... hmmmm... biggrin

	Daylight Savings Sucks So Western Australia has decided to have three year daylight savings trial. It started on Saturday night and i was against it the whole time...i didnt see the point and i just thought it would be a giant waste of time...of an hour actually, a giant waste of an hour So now it has started i hate it even more!!! ok so i dont really hate it. i just dont see the point and would prefer not to have it. because it means that me and all the other poor soul who work in hospitalty have to work longer and later because people arent coming out for dinner till later and are then staying out longer. its annoying! its making us money yes but its costing the business money to pay our wages and stay open which sresses them out and makes them act like assholes! Apart from the work thing i dont really have a problem with the change...i ust dont know why we bothered...and for a three year trial?? ****** that just let us vot now and we'lll either do it or we wont do it! But the daylight savings debarcle has made me laugh!! i'm the kind of person who lives by the sun or moon whatever. So i dont care what the time is, i go to sleep when im tired and i get up when i have had enough sleep...whatever time that may be. but some people are hilarious!!! take a look at some of the anti daylight saving arguements 1. farmers over here are like "we cant have daylight savings!! the cows will be confused because we'll be milking them at a different time" and i'm like errr just milk them at the same point in time that you always have? keep one clock on WST then you wont have a problem geez its not rocket science! 2.the mums are all saying" thekids wont want to go to sleep if its still bright outside" ummm hello!!! they are kids you are the parent how bout you act like one and say to your kid "go to bed now" and if they bh about it...lock them in their room or something...your the parent for ******* sake!! 3. Mums are also saying this-and this is my favourite- "we cant have daylight savings...the urtains will fade" Yes you read that correctly... umm ok how can i put this in a way that wont confuse you... you are resetting your clock...not the actual sun...the sun will still be out for the exact same amount of time as it as before...therefore there is no reason why your curtains should fade any faster then they normally would. Anyway so thats that...we are stuck with this for another three years till there is a referendum and we get to decide whethere we want to keep it or go back to having the same time all year round. Looking forwrd to the debate then!!! Love Minx xoxo xxxx

	First Post! Woot! So here it goes!! My first ever blog here on Gaia and isnt it exciting! hmm yes. i think the best thing about this will be that i dont think any of my real life friends are on Gaia which means i can write whatever i want without having to worry about what i say going to the wrong people or anyone blowing things way out of proportion. On myspace and the like i feel like i need to censor myself because i know that everyone can see what i am saying and that everyone knows who i am. And i hate censoring myself. its dumb but unfortunately sometimes its necessary. So stay tuned!! I'm going to try make this a habitual thing. Try but i do tend to have a short attention span... so we'll see! Love all Minx xoxo xxxx
