Is that a true statement? There was a time where i truly did believe that. Now days it feels the more i stay quiet when i want to say how i feel about things i more i feel like yelling and screaming later. People have always told me dont talk back you will just make it worse. And yes that statement sure is true. But at the same time i feel like the words i want to say have to be pushed back and everytime i do that i feel like im going crazy. Nothing is getting anywhere i swear. It kills me to say this but sometimes silence just isnt golden. Sometimes it just isnt the best thing. Even writing things down doesnt always help it numbs the feelings because they are let out somewhere but it doesnt completely get rid of it which just makes it more painful. Life is a game you always have to play it at your best or you wont win it.
