- Keiji Tatsuya is an average student who lives on his own. He is often getting into trouble by stealing valuables or breaking into stores. He lives in a small apartment and makes a living by being a waiter at a local restaurant. He's noted as being a loner who is very tsundere at times. Keiji's parents divorced and he was left to live with his mother. Instead, he went to live on his own rather than living with his rich yet pretentious mother. He does not get along with others and dislikes being in crowded places. He hates all adult authorities and being told what to do. Keiji enjoys going for long walks especially during the night. He dislikes the morning and enjoys sleeping until noon time. And he also has trusts issues ever since he left his middle school gang.
