stars so bright/rain steadily falling/one dreams of the day/where they are free/able to express/laugh/and be joyful together.

Light creeps through a window/emotions suddenly smile/but only for a moment/as darkness arrives again. I have fallen. Will he save me?

What became of us?/driven away by deep cuts/told to do otherwise/freedom in sight for you/a tragic, future for me/mere glimpses mean all to one/what much go though the heart of another?
