Stomach’s rumbling
Crickets jumping
What is that I see?
I see something
Is it someone?
Or is it something
I can't figure out
What it means to me
It looks like
It’s a person
Maybe a doctor
With his lawyer
Because somebody
Didn’t think first
They pulled the plug
You couldn't do worse
Now she's beeping
Heart’s stopped...
And now she’s bleeding
Please tell me
That I’m dreaming
Is this a nightmare
Which I can feel
Like it was right here
Right next to me
To hear her heartbeat
One last time
Feel her breast
Next to mine
Give her one last hug
And close my eyes
Go into space and
All I can see is
The sun getting closer

To me
And I feel the sensation
My skin is burning
Right off my face and
I’m getting hotter

Until I
Wake up
Release water from my pores
And from my tear ducts
As I turn over to the right
I see she is still by my side
I feel the goose bumps
Run up my spine and
I give her a kiss
For the last time
Until she awakes
And asks me what's the matter
I say nothing's wrong
I couldn't feel any better
I give her a hug
And we both fall to sleep
Until she wakes up
And then she looks up
And she sees the one thing
She never thought of
She sees me hanging
From the ceiling
A chair is tipped over
Under my feet and
She sees a letter
And a ladder
She sees some flowers
All around her
Candle lights light
Up the entire room
She’s still in shock
At the sight she sees
She can't figure out
What had happened to me?
She can't believe
I commit my sin
She’s thinking
What did she do wrong?
She can't figure out
What’s going on?
She gets down on her knees and
Starts to cry...
Cry for me
She sees the walls
They are burning down
She closes her eyes
Goes into space and
All she can see is
The sun getting farther...
Farther... farther... farther...
From me
She feels the sensation
Her skin is freezing
From anticipation
It’s getting colder...
Colder... colder... colder...
Until she wakes up
Looks to the left
Sees me shaking
I am cold from the
Air conditioning
She warms my heart with
Her own it’s like a beacon of heat
Setting me free
From my own nightmare
I set her free from
Her own despair
Of losing me
Then I wake up
Ask her what's the matter
She said she had a nightmare
That I was gone
Gone forever
Then I stop her and I tell her
But I'm by your side please
Don’t cry I'm here for you
Look into my eyes
Be mesmerized
By the beauty inside
Inside my so called life
We live for each other
Apart from our fathers and our mothers
It’s just us two
No other...
Go back to sleep
And dream the sweetest dream
Dream of us two alone
In the middle of the sea
We kiss passionately
Until we hear something
Neither of us can understand it
Is someone singing
Or someone dancing
I think its beeping
Or maybe ringing
I think I know what it means
It means its time to awaken
From my slumber
Could I be any dumber
It was just a dream
As I look to my right
I see no one
Then I turn left
I see nothing
I’m alone

A dream of me having someone
Nope it was just a joke
I got no one
Nobody to be by my side

So I turn over and I cry
I cry to my own life...
I crawl out of bed and I get ready...

Where it all seems so real...
