On the way home, Bruce Wayne met Ruby at the park. She looked sad, so he began a conversation with her in hopes to boost her spirt, however it did the opposite of Bruce's well meaning intention. Bitterly, she told him her life story, about how her parents, the people who suppose to love her unconditionally, abandon her here on planet earth. Bruce offered to take her in as an adopted daughter but she bitterly refuse because her trust in others is not that great. Three days later there was a an aronist act at Gotham's Museum of Natural Art. The fire was caused intentionally by Ruby Serpent, and Robin almost died trying to stop her. From that moment on, Batman has no more sympathy for the Ruby Serpent and searches Gotham City to bring the snake to justice...

Ruby has a long, flowing hair that she keeps tied in a braided ponytail. She has piercing black eyes, and an emotionless expression on her face.
although her age is unknown, she has the appearance of a typical 19 year old. Her favorite outfit is a simple red dress with matching red high heel shoes because it's the very first thing she stole on Planet earth and she's very proud of that fact.
Bio/history/background:Ruby Serpent(my made up villian) is a half human half demon hybrid. She was abandon on Earth by her people and because of that, she has a lot of anger. She seeks revenge on everyone, causing pain and suffering everywhere she goes in a vain attempt to forget her own personal hurt.
weapon/special ability:Ruby's special ability is to set people on fire by thought.
