Bio:: Oz was born to a set of American immigrants in the 1920's. Some time in his early twenties he was turned Vampire. Since then he has been abandoned by his maker, learned a particular set of skills, and has traveled across most of planet Earth.
Abilities/Weapon::His abilities include glamoring and healing. Although learning how to use many weapons, Oz has stuck with a particular weapon called a "fork" gun.
