Backstory: Skadi was born on a cold December night in Lisse, France. As soon as she was all snug in her mother's arms for the first time, a violent blizzard struck the town and left 55 cm of snow. While in Lisse, she trained as a traceur. Later on, after junior high school, Skadi and her family moved to Toronto because she got a scholarship to their university. Soon after, she was bitten by a thirsty whiskey bootlegger during a trip to Detroit. The two developed a brief romance but separated due to philosophical differences. She now travels throughout North America seeking a semi-permanent residence.
