Prologue
During the fight Vanilla Ice saved Dio by fusing what remain of his Stand, Cream with Dio’s the World and formed a new more powerful version. Using his augmented power Dio brought down Jotaro and drained his blood gaining a formidable amount of powers but conquest was not over, many, many others exist in the world with the power of Stand and the day was still a deadly enemy for the Dio. So he set out to find a way to solve this small little problem.
