God, I want to go back home so bad. I miss my brother. That kid's getting spoiled when I get back. Everybody's probably going to think I've changed. It's so funny, because I haven't even gotten buff or macho looking at all. I kind of gave up working out, especially after my minor attempt to join S.E.R.E. I'm still that little punk that acts all tough. They're sending me to South Korea, and I'm stupid happy to go. I wanted to go overseas. Although, it isn't what you would consider one small step away from America. I just have to wait for my orders to come in, and it's taking forever. I'm sick of this squadron, the city of San Antonio, and my cookoo for coco puffs NCO's in general. I guess I'm scared because my instructor who taught me here, only showed me how to do things, and not why I was doing it or what it was for. I'm terrified that when I go "operational", my supervisors are going to expect so much and I'll get discharged from being a dumb a**. I mean at least give me a chance, I'm just 19. It's just way too many rules to follow at this base, and I swear to ******** if somebody does the knife hand in my face again, I'm going to lose one of my stripes. I need a drink, badly. I can't even prepare for my 14 day "leave" until I get my orders. I'm running in circles, my face is breaking out, and my capacity to put up with people has drastically gone downhill the past few weeks. On greater news, I graduate from my AFS training on Wednesday! I'm so happy, I could cry. (No, literally)
I went into town to see that movie Hunger Games last Saturday, and I have to say it was just an okay movie. I've been watching the latest Celebrity Apprentice that came out while I was in BMT, and it's so funny. I miss watching those shows with my dad. I miss his cooking too. I want to go home.
