Yesterday I did alittle bit of stamina training. While I was at it I went on to the roof tops at a shopping square area nearby to do some freestyle running as people call it. At the moment I need to get back into my "phase" for Track and Field. I hope I want to be in the provincials this year and by hook or by crook! I will get first place in triple jump and long jump!
